Facts about the twins
Twin boys arrived nearly two months early.
Georgina was suppost to give birth on June 2.
They were born by Cesarean section.
Georgina had rushed to Holles Street Hospital in Dublin city centre at 6am on Thursday.
Boys entered the world more than a day later.
Nicky was at Georgina's side during the birth.
Rocco and Jay are non - identical twins.
Rocco is older by a minute.
Rocco was smaller than Jay by a pound.
Georgina brest feed them for first few weeks.
Nicky calls Rocco 'our little fighter'.
